Amendment House Floor Amendment 1

Summary Amend the time during which a change of venue may be requested from 30 days to 90 days after the return of service on all defendants and include the Attorney General as an intervening defendant within that time period; establish that the random selection shall be made from counties that are contiguous to the county from which the change of venue is sought, provided the county selected is not within the same judicial circuit.
