Summary of Original Version Create a new section of KRS Chapter 15 to allow law enforcement agencies to create their own wellness programs; establish that all proceedings, opinions, and records of a wellness program are privileged and not subject to subpoena; amend KRS 61.878 to include records confidentially maintained in accordance with a wellness program to the list of records not subject to an open records request.
