Summary of Original Version Propose to create a new section of the Constitution of Kentucky to state that Kentucky's Constitution does not secure or protect a right to abortion or funding of abortion, retaining the right of the people, through their elected representatives and senators, to enact laws regarding abortion including circumstances of pregnancy resulting from rape or incest or saving the life of the mother; provide ballot language; submit to voters for their ratification or rejection.
