Summary Adopt the provisions of SB 65/HCS1; require the Department for Medicaid Services to reimburse providers under the fee schedule in effect as of January 1, 2023, for services rendered or initiated prior to the effective date of the Act; confirm that voided administrative regulations relating to Medicaid providers do not prevent the department from covering services initiated prior to the effective date of the Act; authorize the department to increase reimbursement rates after the effective date of the Act for dental, hearing, and vision services that were covered before January 1, 2023.
