Acts ch. 18, sec. 19, to set a January 1, 2025, effective date for Sections 6 to 11 of that Act, regarding the centralized lien reporting system, and retain the January 1, 2024, effective date for all other codified sections of that Act; Section 6 of this bill effective January 1, 2024.
