Summary of Original Version | Urge the United States Department of Transportation and the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration to eliminate the entry level driver training program, decrease the required age to drive a commercial motor vehicle in interstate commerce from 21 to 18, and increase the farm related CDL restrictions by increasing the radius of operation to 200 miles and the validity period to 270 days. |
