Summary of Enacted Version	Amends KRS 36.474 removing the post-deployment provision relating to eligibility for the military family assistance trust fund, and to make a technical correction; and amends KRS 36.477 expanding the Kentucky National Guard Adoption Assistance Program to include former members of the Kentucky National Guard, and to allow adoption of stepchildren to qualify; EMERGENCY.
