Summary of Original Version Create a new section of KRS Chapter 199.892 to 199.896 to allow the Cabinet for Health and Family Services to give foster parents child-care benefits if the foster parent is working outside the home or teleworking inside the home; require the cabinet to apply for a waiver if deemed necessary by the cabinet.
