Summary of Original Version Create a new section of KRS Chapter 158 to define "anti-choking device"; require school cafeteria personnel and other expected users of the device to be trained if a school obtains an anti-choking device; provide immunity from civil liability for rendering emergency care or treatment with an anti-choking device or the Heimlich maneuver at a public or private school; provide that the Act may be cited as Landon's Law.
