Summary of Enacted Version Amends KRS 15.293 to include money received by order of a court in connection with any settlement, judgment, or bankruptcy against any entity or individual engaged in the manufacturing or distribution of opioids in the opioid abatement trust fund; removes expired citation references to specific defendants; requires the Attorney General to promulgate administrative regulations prescribing the mechanism for distribution of funds received under specified circumstances; and amends KRS 15.291 to conform.
