| Summary | Remove Sections 1 through 13 in their entirety; create a new section of KRS Chapter 118 to allow political parties to endorse candidates for nonpartisan elections, judicial elections, and ballot measures; require county clerks and the Secretary of State to display the endorsements on their websites at least 30 days before a regular election and provide each voter with the endorsement information along with his or her ballot; create a presumption that a straight-ticket vote for a political party shall include candidates and ballot measures endorsed by the party, unless the voter indicates otherwise. |
