Summary of Original Version	Amend KRS 7A.180 to rename the Investments in Information Technology Improvement and Modernization Projects Oversight Board to the Information Technology Oversight Committee; define "application," "cybersecurity system," and "legacy system"; amend KRS 7A.185 to conform; amend KRS 7A.190 to require state agencies to report on information technology systems or applications not later than July 15, 2025, and not later than April 15, 2027, and biennially thereafter; EMERGENCY.
