Summary of Original Version Create a new section of KRS Chapter 205 to establish the right of an individual, parent, guardian, or limited guardian to install video recording devices in the private residential room of an individual who is receiving residential services under a federally approved 1915(c) home and community based services waiver program; require the Cabinet for Health and Family Services to promulgate administrative regulations.
