Summary of Original Version	Create a new section of KRS Chapter 189 to define "primary forest products"; allow the transportation of primary forest products on state-maintained highways within 100 miles of their point of origin at increased weight limits of 90,000 pounds for dual rear axle trucks and 100,000 pounds for tri-axle trucks; specify that the increased weight limits do not apply on the interstate highway system or on any road with a posted bridge weight limit; amend KRS 189.990 to set penalties for violations.
