Summary of Original Version Create a new section of KRS Chapter 109 to prohibit the imposition of fees or permitting requirements on a solid waste management facility that is handling solid waste that was generated outside of the county or waste management district where the solid waste management facility is located, by the county or waste management district where solid waste was generated.
