Summary of Enacted Version Amends KRS 205.2003 to require the Cabinet for Health and Family Services (cabinet) to develop and implement initiatives under Kentucky's Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, also known as SNAP, Employment and Training state plan to promote improved employment outcomes and workforce participation; require the cabinet to submit an annual report to the Legislative Research Commission and appear before the Interim Joint Committee on Health Services regarding the program.
