Summary of Original Version Amend KRS 304.11-020 to exempt foreign insurers from compliance with the insurance code and insurance-specific taxes, assessments, surcharges, fees, and other charges imposed by the state or a local government for an individual or group health insurance policy, certificate, plan, or contract issued or delivered in this state if certain conditions are met; amend KRS 91A.080; create a new section of KRS Chapter 136 to conform.
