Summary of Original Version	Create a new section of KRS Chapter 156 to require the Kentucky Board of Education to establish a statewide system of oversight and compliance monitoring for Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972; specify the required components of the system; amend KRS 156.070 to require the Kentucky Board of Education to establish a system for reporting allegations of misconduct by employees of any agency designated for the management of interscholastic athletics and the requirements of the system.
