Summary of Original Version Amend KRS 15.293 to include in the opioid abatement trust fund money received by order of a court in connection with any settlement, judgment, or bankruptcy against any entity engaged in the manufacturing or distribution of opioids; remove expired citation references to specific defendants; authorize the Attorney General to promulgate administrative regulations prescribing the mechanism for distribution of funds received under specified circumstances; amend KRS 15.291 to conform.
