Summary of Enacted Version Amends KRS 281A.170 to allow a holder of a CDL who is under the age of 21 to receive a hazardous materials endorsement to transport hazardous materials in intrastate commerce; and amends KRS 281A.185, relating to commercial driver's licenses, and establishes a reporting requirement for the court to the licensing agency when a conviction occurs to be recorded on the driver's record and to trigger any disqualifying action.
