Summary of Original Version Create a new section of KRS Chapter 186A to define the terms "approved entity" and "electronic titling system"; require the Transportation Cabinet to establish an electronic titling system allowing electronic submission of title application documents; outline the basic processes and requirements of the system; require the Cabinet to promulgate administrative regulations to set forth qualifications of approved entities and procedures for the electronic titling system; amend KRS 186A.165, 186A.120, 186A.125, and 186A.170 to conform.
