Summary of Original Version	Amend KRS Sections 247.6901 to 247.6957 to allow sheep and goat producers to conduct referendums to vote on whether or not to levy assessments on the sale of their animals; to define "Association", "Caprine", and "Ovine"; to establish a Kentucky Sheep and Goat Council; to allow the council to determine how assessment funds shall be disbursed; to establish how assessments may be terminated; make technical corrections to conform.
