Summary of Original Version Amend KRS 342.0011, relating to workers' compensation, to amend the definition of "injury" to provide a rebuttable presumption of injury for an emergency medical technician, law enforcement officer, corrections worker, firefighter, police officer, or health-care worker who contracts a communicable disease resulting from exposure to bodily fluids and tissue.
