Summary of Original Version Create a new section of Subchapter 27 of KRS Chapter 154 to establish state economic development incentives for the construction of a new integrated gasification combined cycle electric generation plant with carbon capture and storage, or the retrofit of an existing coal-fired electric generation plant to add carbon capture and storage capability, if funding for the project is provided by the United States Department of Energy under the FutureGen initiative.
