Summary of Original Version Amend KRS 202B.070 to require the admitting physician and facility administrator to ensure that direct care staff are informed of the need for supervision for a resident of an ICF/MR; specify that an individual with direct care responsibility who fails to supervise a resident according to the resident's care plan shall be subject to dismissal, civil liability, or criminal action.
