Summary of Original Version Create a new section of KRS Chapter 100 to require the permission of at least 75% of the real property owners in a subdivision in a planning unit within the jurisdiction of a consolidated local government to modify the use of a green space, park, golf course, or similar use when it was a part of the original subdivision after all the original residential lots have been sold by the developer.
