Summary Retain original provisions of the bill; amend KRS 238.536 to exclude from the 40 percent rule all fines and fees paid to the office, gaming supplies and equipment costs, and membership dues; require a mandatory training program designed by the office as a condition of reinstatement for a licensee whose percentage falls below 25 percent, or for a licensee who fails to attain the 40 percent threshold for a second consecutive calendar year.
