Summary of Original Version	Create a new section of KRS 160 to define terms and permit teachers and classified employees to organize and bargain collectively with a board of education for wages, hours, and other work conditions; require local boards of education to bargain collectively with a bargaining representative that has been chosen by a majority of a bargaining unit of teachers or classified employees; and authorize the Department of Labor to promulgate administrative regulations related to collective bargaining for teachers and classified staff.
