Summary of Original Version Create a new section of KRS Chapter 141 to create a community rehabilitation tax credit for the amount paid to a nonprofit agency or work center for work performed by individuals who are legally blind or severely disabled, define terms; amend KRS 141.0205 to establish the order in which the credit shall be taken.
