Summary of Original Version Amend KRS 136.1801 to correct mile markers on rivers to conform to designations determined by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers; amend KRS 136.1803 to make commercial watercraft property tax returns due May 15; amend KRS 136.1804 to require notification be given to commercial watercraft owners when local property tax rates are set and provided to the Department of Revenue.
