| Summary of Original Version | Create a new section of KRS 45A.690 to 45A.725 to require nonprofit entities whose income is less than ten million dollars and who receive a state grant to have an attorney and a certified public accountant review and sign the grant agreement, attend all meetings of the governing body of the nonprofit board, and sign all minutes of the governing board's minutes; require a copy of the meeting minutes be sent to the granting agency within 30 days of the nonprofit board's meeting. |
