Summary of Original Version Amend KRS 18A.230 to define "authority" as the "Kentucky Public Employees' Deferred Compensation Authority"; amend KRS 18A.250 and 18A.255 to allow state employees to use electronic records, signatures, or contracts in transactions with the Kentucky Public Employees' Deferred Compensation Authority; amend KRS 18A.270 to allow employees of a city, county, or other political subdivision to use electronic records, signature, or contracts in transactions with their deferred compensation program.
