Summary of Original Version Create a new section of KRS Chapter 177 to provide that right-of-way permits authorized by the Department of Highways shall contain provisions allowing for the cessation of work, following a KRS Chapter 13B hearing, if the permit is not substantially complied with; require the Department of Highways to promulgate administrative regulations to implement the section.
