Summary of Original Version Amend KRS 630.050 to require that persons filing juvenile status offense complaints provide certain supporting documentation for inclusion and presentation to the court; create a new section of KRS Chapter 630 to establish time frames for the expiration of valid court orders; amend KRS 610.265 and 630.010 to restrict the secure detention of status offenders; amend KRS 630.080 to clarify which agency is to provide the dispositional report to the court and the contents of that report; amend KRS 610.020, 610.030, and 610.060 to conform.
