Summary Retain original provisions of HJR 116; delete all references to the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources; encourage the Kentucky Recreational Trails Authority to use existing statutory authority to develop a memorandum of agreement that provides for common goals in the open access of the Sheltowee trail, plan for horseback riding trails and loop trails, develop method of maintenance of the trail; and delete all requirements for the memorandum of agreement.
