Summary of Original Version Create a new section of KRS Chapter 446 to specify that no statute creates a private right of action unless a statute specifies that there is a private right of action; amend KRS 446.070 which provides that a person injured by a violation of any statute may recover damages from the offender to limit the right only to those statutes that specify such a right; name the act the 'Transparency in Lawsuits Act."
