Summary	Retain existing provisions except amend the voting membership of the council to include three senators, three representatives, the commissioner of the Department of Revenue, who will also serve as the chair, and the deputy director for financial analysis of the Governor's Office for Economic Analysis within the Office of State Budget Director; add as nonvoting members representatives from the following organizations: the Kentucky Association of Counties, the Kentucky Association of Manufacturers, the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, the Kentucky Farm Bureau, the Kentucky League of Cities, the Kentucky Retail Federation, and the National Federation of Independent Businesses; delete provisions requiring introduction of legislation proposed by the commission.
