| Summary of Original Version | Amend KRS 216B.015 to define "cold and allergy clinic" and amend the definition of "health facility" to include a cold and allergy clinic; create a new section of KRS Chapter 216B to require that all cold and allergy clinics be licensed; require that all pain management facilities have a designated physician who meets established criteria and is responsible for the licensure requirements of the facility; require the Cabinet for Health and Family Services to promulgate administrative regulations related to cold and allergy clinics; amend KRS 304.17A-147 and 304.17A-1473 to conform. |
