Summary of Original Version Amend KRS 158.175 to require each school to designate a period of time during the school day for the recitation of the pledge of allegiance to the flag of the United States; provide that students not participating in the recitation may quietly stand or remain seated, but shall respect the rights of those pupils electing to participate; provide that this provision be known as the Kentucky School Patriot Act.
