Summary of Original Version Create new sections in KRS Chapter 14 to establish a crime victim address protection program for victims of domestic violence and abuse, stalking, and felony sexual offenses; to allow crime victims to use an address provided by the Secretary of State in lieu of the person's actual physical address; and to allow program participants to vote by mail-in absentee ballot; amend KRS 117.085 to conform.
