| Summary of Original Version | Amend KRS 189.450 to separate by weight class the current provisions prohibiting parking, stopping, or standing of a vehicle on the shoulder of a state maintained highway, including ramps; amend KRS 189.990 to establish a penalty of $100 to $200 for a violation by a person operating a vehicle with a gross weight of over 44,000 pounds; provide that Section 1 of this Act shall be known as "Todd's Law." |
