Summary Retain original provisions; except in Section 1, include new language providing that in addition to the original purchase money and interest thereon, a defendant or his or her representative who wishes to redeem property pursuant to this section must also pay any reasonable costs incurred by the purchaser after the sale for maintenance or repair of the property, including but not limited to utilities expenses, insurance, association fees, taxes, and cost to conform the property to the minimum standards of local nuisance codes and local ordinances.
