Summary of Original Version Create a new section of KRS Chapter 413 to establish a 6 year period of limitation in which an action may be brought against a consumer defaulting on a revolving credit plan and make a limited exception thereto; amend KRS 427.010, 427.030, 427.040, and 427.060 to increase the exemption value of specific property subject to execution or attachment.
