Summary of Original Version Create a new section of KRS Chapter 217 to define terms, prohibit substitution or dispensing an equivalent drug product without documentation from a prescribing health care practitioner; create a new section of subtitle 17A of KRS Chapter 304 to define terms and limit cost sharing for generic abuse-deterrent opioid analgesic drug products; create a new section of KRS Chapter 205 to permit Medicaid compliance.
