Summary	Amend KRS 153.450 to allow an urban-county government to levy a transient room tax of up to an extra two-and-a-half percent for a total of up to four-and-a-half percent and to allow the revenues from the new levy to be used only for the direct expenditure for, or repayment of, debt associated with a project undertaken on or after the effective date of the Act; sunset the tax upon completion of the project and repayment of all associated debt.
