Summary Retain original provisions, except delete the requirement that the court hold an evidentiary hearing at which the litigant and prosecution may present witnesses and documentary evidence and to cross-examine adverse witnesses; broaden access to analysis of relevant matter; allow analysis of relevant matter for authentication purposes only when the matter has not been reviewed and authenticated by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children's Child Victim Identification Program; amend KRS 15.232 to grant the Attorney General concurrent jurisdiction in human trafficking investigations and prosecutions.
