Summary | Reinstate one mayor of a city that operates a licensed Class I ground ambulance service and one county judge/executive from a county that operates a licensed Class I ground ambulance service as members of the Board of Emergency Medical Services; and establish new language to permit any person serving on the board in a position eliminated by this Act, whose term has not expired prior to the effective date of this Act, to continue to serve in a voting, ex officio capacity until the end of their term. |
