Summary of Original Version Amend KRS 164.2844 to prohibit an Armed Forces member, spouse, or dependent who is determined to be a Kentucky resident at the time of acceptance into a public postsecondary institution from losing residency status if the member is transferred on military orders prior to enrollment or while the student is enrolled.
