Summary Retain original provisions; amend KRS 161.027 to remove the Kentucky specialized assessment requirement for principal certification; amend KRS 157.395 to provide that a teacher who attains national board certification after July 1, 2020, shall receive an annual supplement in the amount appropriated by the General Assembly; allow a local board to provide an additional supplement up to an amount for the total supplement to equal $2000.
