Summary of Original Version	Create a new section of KRS Chapter 210 to establish a Pediatric Acute onset Neuropsychiatric Syndrome (PANS) advisory council to study PANS and pediatric auto immune neuropsychiatric disorders associated with Streptococcal infections (PANDAS), examine services for those suffering from PANS and PANDAS, collaborate and coordinate on research projects to identify treatment options for those suffering from PANS and PANDAS, and make recommendations regarding legislative and regulatory changes to the legislature; outline advisory council membership; require the task force to meet quarterly; require findings to be submitted annually; require the council to cease to exist on December 1, 2030 unless reestablished by the General Assembly.
